Mangaluru, Apr 3: Catholic City Friends, Mangaluru, is all set to host the city's anticipated musical carnival, 'Baila Fest 2K26', on Easter Sunday, April 5. The grand celebration, designed to bring the community together through the infectious energy of Mangalorean culture, will also serve a humanitarian purpose.
The event will begin at 5 pm at the K E B E A Garden in Bondel, which will be transformed into a vibrant arena of rhythm and flavour for residents and visitors.

The musical lineup for the evening features an assembly of local and regional talent, headlined by Mangaluru’s premier live band, Charitra. Adding to the high-octane environment, Goan sensation DJ Wency Sequeira will join DJ Prem to dominate the decks. The stage will also feature dynamic performances by Royan, Bruce Wayne, Rynel Sequeira, and Mahima Bhandary. The entire proceedings will be steered by the popular hosting trio of Lavita, Dilroy, and Shaina.
In addition to the auditory feast, attendees can explore a massive culinary landscape featuring over 25 diverse food stalls offering a wide array of local and international delicacies. A curated selection of cocktails and mocktails will also be available.
The heart of Baila Fest 2K26 lies in its commitment to social responsibility. Under the theme 'Let the rhythm of Baila bring hope to a cancer patient', the organisers have dedicated this year's event to raising awareness and providing support for those battling cancer.
The production is supported by partners including Colour Point Shirva, Daijiworld TV 24x7, Grojet, and Razwin’s Winegate. By blending top-tier entertainment with a mission of hope, Catholic City Friends has invited the public to join in this spectacular Easter celebration.
