Mangaluru, Apr 3: Ahead of the Kerala assembly elections, a high-level meeting was convened at the Dakshina Kannada district Congress office on Thursday, April 2, where party workers were urged to work tirelessly to ensure the victory of United Democratic Front (UDF) candidates.

The meeting, held under the leadership of former minister B Ramanath Rai, focused on formulating a comprehensive electoral strategy for the key constituencies of Manjeshwar, Kasargod, Uduma, and Thrikaripur.

Addressing the gathering, Ramanath Rai emphasized the strategic importance of these border segments. He directed that prominent district leaders and dedicated party workers be specifically deputed to these areas to lead an organized, swift, and effective campaign.

The party high command has instructed the district unit to intensify its outreach in the neighbouring state, leveraging the strong cultural and linguistic ties between Dakshina Kannada and the Kasargod region. The leaders exhorted the cadre to work day and night to consolidate the UDF's position and ensure a decisive win in the upcoming polls.
