Mangaluru, Apr 1: Carmel School celebrated its Kindergarten Graduation Day with great enthusiasm on Saturday, March 28, marking an important milestone in the lives of its young learners.

The programme commenced with a grand red-carpet entry of the graduands, accompanied by their teachers and dignitaries. The event began with a solemn prayer service, creating a serene and meaningful atmosphere.

The celebration featured a variety of cultural performances, including a welcome dance, folk dance, and entertaining performances by LKG and UKG students. The young learners impressed the audience with their confidence and talent. Students Umar Zahroon and Hajira Hussain shared their experiences, while a parent representative expressed gratitude towards the school for its nurturing environment.

The chief guest, Freeda Almeida, addressed the gathering and motivated the young graduates with her inspiring words. The principal, Sr Rosevera, also delivered her message, followed by the graduation oath.

The highlight of the event was the distribution of graduation certificates and mementos to the students, marking the successful completion of their kindergarten journey. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
