Bharath Auto Cars delivers Maruti Suzuki’s first electric SUV e-Vitara in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, March 15: In a significant milestone for electric mobility in coastal Karnataka, Bharath Auto Cars Pvt. Ltd, a dealership of NEXA, delivered the first Maruti Suzuki e-Vitarain Mangaluru on Saturday.

The electric SUV was handed over to Shankar Narayana Kannantha and representatives of Amar Infra Projects during a formal ceremony at the dealership.

The vehicle was presented by Vishwa Kumar, general manager of Bharath Auto Cars Pvt Ltd, in the presence of showroom manager Sooraj Jain and members of the NEXA team.

Dealership officials said the delivery marked an important step in the region’s transition towards cleaner and more sustainable transportation.

The Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara offers a 543-km ARAI-certified driving range, a five-star safety rating from Bharat NCAP, and an innovative battery-as-a-service model designed to make electric vehicle ownership more accessible.
