Kuwait, Mar 1: The Roman Catholic Church has announced the immediate suspension of all parish activities across churches in Kuwait. The decision, aimed at ensuring the safety of the faithful, remains in effect until further communication.

In an official statement, the Church noted that the move follows the guidance of bishop Aldo Berardi O.SS.T and was taken in close coordination with the relevant civil authorities. The safety and well-being of the community remain the highest priority during this period of regional uncertainty.

As a result of this directive, all scheduled activities, including holy masses, catechism classes, prayer meetings, and other church gatherings, stand cancelled indefinitely. Parishioners have been urged to stay calm and rely only on official parish channels for future updates.

The Church has called upon the faithful to unite in earnest prayer for peace and a swift resolution to the current regional situation, seeking divine protection and safety for all residents of the country.
