Mumbai Metro One promoted by Reliance infrastructure gets great place to work certification

Daijiworld Media Network - Mumbai

Mumbai, Jan 31: Mumbai Metro One, promoted by Reliance Infrastructure, has been recognised with the prestigious Great Place To Work certification, reflecting high employee satisfaction and a positive workplace culture.

The certification is awarded to organisations that achieve a minimum of 70% positive feedback in employee experience surveys, evaluating factors such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Great Place To Work, which has been analysing workplace practices for over three decades across 150 countries, conducts a research-driven assessment based primarily on employee responses rather than management submissions.

According to Mumbai Metro One, the recognition highlights feedback from staff across operations, maintenance, customer service, and support functions, who ensure smooth train operations, station management, commuter safety, and passenger interface along the busy Versova–Andheri–Ghatkopar corridor.

The Metro Line 1 corridor operates 476 services daily, with trains running at a frequency of 3 minutes 20 seconds during peak hours and 5 minutes 55 seconds during off-peak periods. The first service departs at 5.30 am from both Versova and Ghatkopar, while the last service leaves at 11.26 pm from Versova and 11.52 pm from Ghatkopar.

Connecting Mumbai’s western and eastern suburbs, Mumbai Metro One remains one of the busiest rapid transit lines in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and the Great Place To Work certification underlines its commitment to employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
