Mangaluru: NMAMIT assistant professor Sonia Lobo awarded PhD

Mangaluru, Jan 20: Sonia Lobo, an assistant professor in the department of humanities at NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, has been awarded a PhD from Srinivas University, Mangaluru. She was conferred this honour after successfully completing her doctoral thesis titled 'Share price movement of the Indian pharmaceutical industry with reference to S&P BSE healthcare index.'

Her research work was carried out under the guidance of Dr Sudha K, research professor, Srinivas University, and co-guidance of Dr Sudhindra Bhat, research professor, Srinivas University.

Sonia Lobo is the wife of Aldrin Joy D'Souza from Udupi. This academic achievement reflects her dedication to research and contributes meaningfully to the understanding of economic dynamics in the pharmaceutical sector in India.
