Mangaluru, Jan 9: The LCS Art and Craft Exhibition, under the banner 'Kalanubhuti', was held on January 7 at the school open grounds. The morning assembly was conducted by the students of class IV D under the able guidance of Sowmya K.
The programme commenced with the universal prayer, followed by a prayer song and intentions. Students Prasang, Vansh, Janya and Nivaan highlighted the importance and significance of the Art and Craft Exhibition, emphasizing creativity and self-expression.




























The exhibition was inaugurated by Fr Johnson L Sequeira, the principal, Anita Thomas, the vice principal, Fr Arul Joseph, Shanthi Menezes and Suneeta, the section coordinators, through a symbolic gesture of fixing paintbrushes and splashing colors on a palette.
The live creation of a beautiful DIY craft item by the students of class IV was truly a visual delight. In his address, the principal remarked that the LCS Art and Craft Exhibition is a celebration of creativity and highlighted that art becomes a powerful medium to express emotions that words often cannot convey.
Birthday wishes were extended to the students celebrating their birthdays. The whole assembly was presented in a creative and engaging manner. Aliza Hameed and Havish R Shetty expressed their gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the exhibition. The programme concluded with the School Anthem. The exhibition was efficiently coordinated by the art teachers Thyagaraj and Revathi.
