According to sources, the truck had been parked on the roadside near the Paicharu–Sonangeri turn, after the driver stopped to have refreshments at a nearby hotel. However, while restarting the vehicle, the driver allegedly lost control, causing the truck to move backwards suddenly and crash into the passenger shelter with force.
