RIP bro; empathize with his family members! Mental depression is a deadly ailment, which comes in different forms; most of the times, there will be immense desire to comit suicide (suicidal ideation); at a particular point the persons emotions may reach a threshold where he is pushed towards suicide; most cases may require lifelong treatment! What he has described as health related issues might actually be the symptoms of depression itself! Myself being a victim of major clinical depression since the last four decades know how it is to be depressed; only the person suffering would know as there is no instrument to check the levels of anxiety & negative feelings that come to the mind; once one is fully aware & accepts he has depression till then the situation is very dicey, because the symptoms are mostly vague physical symptoms, which are misdiagnosed and treated symptomatically without knowing that the root cause is depression! Depression and anxiety can entirely change the course of one's life & ruin it because of the limitations it puts on the victim! Most depressed people turn to addictive substances to supress their symptoms, but it's a vicious cycle! All in all, depressed people need to take help of a good psychiatrist & take meds as prescribed very scrupulously, mostly for the lifetime; any misdemeanor with the meds could lead to a dangerous relapse! Blessed are those who do not fall a trap to this deadly disorder as it has all the potential to ruin ones career & entire life!

In Mangalore now, families are living as though there is no tomorrow. Money, luxury, pomp, glory in everything we do. Children and youth have their own aspirations and insecurity. When they see elders around making merry, they feel ignored. On the face of it, they may show they are enjoying, but not within. Our resort visits, holidays, functions, multi course meals, designer wear, cars, partys.. they realize once they are out, that it requires big money to live like that and when will they earn, or how will they earn. We are the reason for some depression. I don't mean the parents, the whole surrounding community has become fun centric.

Almighty save 🙏 🙌 our youngstars. What a tragedy to the parents. What parents expects & What happened 😳? Parents if possible give little time to your grown-up kids. Say Hello to them Morning 🌄 afternoon & night. Try to understand their feelings in first verbal expression.
