Sullia: Auto-rickshaw driver rescues woman who fell into well

Sullia, Dec 25: An auto-rickshaw driver named Guruprakash rescued a woman who had fallen into a well at Kaipadaka in Kallugundi, Sampaje village, in an incident reported here.

On Tuesday, a woman accidentally fell into a well at Kaipadaka. At that time, Guruprakash, who was driving his auto-rickshaw along the same road, came to know about the incident. He immediately jumped into the well and, with the help of others, safely brought the woman out.

The woman was later shifted to Sullia hospital for treatment. Guruprakash’s timely and brave act has been widely appreciated.

    Thank God someone came that was at right time and saved her .May God bless him .Its our duty to help anyone who is need of help small or big ,or atleast in ones capacity .In India few people know to swimm .Thatswhy it is not possible always when someone falls to deep water like here.But Gods help he came that way.Hope she gets well soon.
