New office-bearers election of Jaylaxmi Co-Operative Credit Society Limited, Mumbai held

Mumbai, Dec 4: Vokkaliga Sangha Mumbai (R.) and with the support of Shree Adichunchanagiri Seva Samiti Mumbai (R.) established Jaylaxmi Co-Operative Credit Society Limited., Mumbai more than two and a half decades ago. The Sangha held its election for the 2025–2030 board of directors and office-bearers at the society’s office recently. The meeting was presided over by the society’s founder-director Dr Narayan R Gowda.

As per the regulations of the Maharashtra Government’s Co-operative Society Election Authority, returning officer Vishal Rathod conducted the election process. Following the prescribed norms, the new board of directors and executive office-bearers were unanimously elected.

Former Karnataka minister and founder chairman of the Jaylaxmi Co.operative Credit Society Dr. K C Narayan Gowda was elected as honorary chairman and Rangappa C Gowda as chairman.

The other elected office-bearers are A Kempegowda (vice chairman), K.Raje Gowda (secretary), Muthe S.Gowda (treasurer), The newly elected directors are Anusuya Rangappa Gowda, Devaki Narayana Gowda, Sunanda Raje Gowda, Bharati S Gowda, Sunil K Awad, Rahul U.Lagade and Surat N Yadav.

The returning officer congratulated the newly elected office-bearers and directors, presenting them with bouquets and certificates as they formally assumed charge. Office-bearers of the Vokkaliga Sangha Maharashtra also extended their greetings. The election process concluded with a vote of thanks.
