Mangaluru, Nov 25: The much-awaited Kannada film ‘Operation London Café’, which has already generated tremendous curiosity among audiences through its mass and action posters, teaser, trailer and the popular song ‘Rai Rai Rai’, is all set to hit screens on November 28. The film will release simultaneously in Kannada, Marathi and Hindi, informed actor Arjun Kapikad at a press conference.

He stated that producer Vijay Kumar Shetty has invested heavily in the project and ensured a smooth experience for the entire team. “Despite not knowing Marathi, I received complete support during filming. The Tulu community has supported me throughout my journey, and I hope the same love continues for this Kannada film,” he added.

Actor Kavish Shetty said that the film team had already begun extensive promotional activities across Karnataka and Maharashtra and was planning several campaigns. “The film has been grandly produced under the banners of Vijay Kumar Shetty, Ramesh Kothari, Deepak Rane and Vijay Prakash, Indian Film Factory and Deepak Rane Films. It has been shot simultaneously in Kannada and Marathi. Director Sadagara Raghavendra has helmed the project. After acting in Jilka, I have made a sincere effort to impress audiences through different stunts in this film,” he said.

Producer Vijay Kumar Shetty said actress Megha Shetty has showcased another dimension of her acting in the film. “In the previously released songs, dance sequences and trailer, she is seen in a traditional langha davani look as a vibrant rural girl.

Renowned Tulu actor Arjun Kapikad plays a strict army officer for the first time. Marathi actress Shivani Surve, along with top Marathi artistes Virat Madka, Prasad Khandekar and others, appear in challenging roles. Well-known Kannada artistes B Suresh, Krishna Hebbale, Neenasam Ashwath, Dharmendra Aras and many other notable names from Kannada and Marathi cinema share screen space,” he added.

The film features music by Mumbai-based Panshu Jha, cinematography by R D Nagarjun, art direction by Varadaraj Kamath, and action by Vikram Mor, Mass Mad and Arjun Raj. Lyrics have been written by Kaviraj, Dr Nagendra Prasad and Sadagara Raghavendra, while Anirudh Shastry, Brijesh Shandilya, Aishwarya Rangarajan, Prithvi Bhat and Srilakshmi Bellanu have lent their voices.
