Mangaluru, Oct 25: The students of classes 6, 7, and 8 at St Theresa’s School, Bendur, had the enriching opportunity to attend two highly engaging and inspiring interactive learning sessions today.

The first session was conducted by Daina Mendonca, an accomplished NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) trainer, who guided the students on developing a positive mindset, enhancing focus, and building self-confidence. Through simple, practical techniques and hands-on activities, she encouraged students to overcome challenges and set meaningful personal goals.

The second session was led by Dr Ashwini Colaco, a distinguished endodontist and associate professor at AJ Institute of Dental Sciences. Along with her notable contributions in the field of dentistry and research, she shared valuable insights on effective communication, soft skills, and youth empowerment. Her motivational talk inspired the students to nurture leadership qualities and strive for holistic well-being.

Both sessions were highly interactive, informative, and thought-provoking, leaving the students motivated and better equipped with essential life skills for success.

The school expresses its sincere gratitude to both speakers for their valuable time and meaningful contribution to the personal growth and development of our students.
