Udupi, Oct 18: Moodlakatte Institute of Technology, Kundapura (MITK), in collaboration with Rest Coder Academy, organized a two-day technical workshop on 'MERN Stack' under the aegis of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

The resource person, Syed Imran, senior software developer at Rest Coder Academy, conducted the workshop, providing hands-on training and insights into modern web development using the MERN (MongoDB, Express js, React js, and Node js) stack.

During the occasion, MITK also entered into an academic collaboration (MoU) with Rest Coder Academy to strengthen industry–academia relations and enhance technical learning opportunities for students.

The MoU signing ceremony was held in the presence of Siddarth J Shetty, president of MITK; Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, principal; Prof Muralidhar B K, head of the department of CSE; Dr Manjunath Lamani, programme coordinator; Dr Annamalai, dean of Placements; and Prasad, placement officer.
