Kasargod, Oct 15:
A tragic incident near Bedadka has claimed the life of Mahima (19), an MBBS final-year student from a private medical college and a resident of Thachaar Kundu, Bethurpara.

According to reports, Mahima was found hanging in her room by her brother Mahesh on Wednesday, October 15 morning. In a panic, Mahesh rushed to take her to a hospital in Kasargod by car. However, the vehicle met with an accident about one kilometre from their house near Bethurpara.

Locals who witnessed the mishap immediately shifted the siblings to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, Mahima was declared dead on arrival, while Mahesh sustained minor injuries.

The body has been kept at the mortuary of the Kasaragod General Hospital and will be handed over to the family after the post-mortem examination.

Police from the Bedadka station have registered a case and are investigating the incident. Authorities stated that the exact cause of death—whether due to the hanging or the subsequent accident—will be confirmed after receiving the post-mortem report.

Sad heart breaking our school should teach concept of failure and how to cope up with it. From my field of IT we ask our employees it is fine to fail but trying is important. We use to tell fail fast that is fine. Such lesson should be taught in early life of students. We are losing so many promising young people.
