Mangaluru: Two-day millets festival to be held in city from Nov 1

Mangaluru, Oct 15: A two-day Millets Festival will be organised in Mangaluru on November 1 and 2 at the St. Sebastian Platinum Jubilee Auditorium, Bendoorwell, next to St. Agnes College.

The event is being organised by Honeygenics Bee Farms in association with Ro International, Rotary Club Mangalore Central, and Parivarthane Foundation.

The festival will feature millet-based food stalls offering a variety of healthy delicacies from across Karnataka, a farmers’ market promoting local organic produce, eco-friendly home products, and a range of honey and natural products.

The organisers aim to celebrate nutrition, sustainability, and local goodness, encouraging visitors to experience the health benefits of millets while supporting a greener future. Entry to the festival is free and open to all.
