Kundapur, Oct 11: As part of the HIV/AIDS awareness campaign in Kundapura, students of Moodlakatte Nursing College (MCN) performed a flash mob and street play to spread awareness among the public.
The programme was jointly organized by the Udupi District Administration, department of health and family welfare, Indian Red Cross Society, Moodlakatte Nursing College, and Sunrise Rotary Club, Kundapura. The event aimed to intensify ICTC (Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre) awareness in the region.

Dr Chandra Marakal, administrative medical officer, Taluk Government Hospital, Kundapura, presided over the event.
The programme was inaugurated by cutting the ribbon. Nalinakshi, ICTC counsellor, Kundapura, compered the event and proposed the vote of thanks.
The chief guests included taluk health officer Dr Premananda, president Red Cross Society Kundapura Jayakar Shetty, Rotary Club Sunrise Kundapura Gururaj, ART Officer Kundapura Dr Karuna, principal, Moodlakatte Nursing College Jennifer Freed Menezes, and Sahay Nidhi Club Kundapura Srikanth Rao.
