Panaji, Sep 18: In a significant boost to employment opportunities for local youth, Remunance Services Pvt Ltd, a leading Indian Employer of Record (EOR) provider, has tied up with US-based Network Building + Consulting (NB+C) to hire engineers from Goa for global projects.

EORs assist foreign companies in recruiting staff in India, placing them on their payroll, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This collaboration will allow NB+C to focus on its core infrastructure and engineering services while Remunance manages its workforce needs in India.

NB+C President Conlon McCarthy, during his first visit to India, said Goa was chosen for its talent pool, strong connectivity with major metros, and modern infrastructure. “The airport and time zone alignment with the US make round-the-clock operations possible, which will enhance project delivery,” he stated.

The Goa unit will be headed by NB+C Vice President of Engineering, Krupakaran Kolandaivelu, who has returned to India after 27 years in the US. “Around 70% of our engineers are from Goa College of Engineering and 30% from Don Bosco College of Engineering. They will coordinate directly with our US teams,” he informed.

Established in 1984, NB+C specializes in wireless, utilities, fibre, EV charging, and construction services. Through this partnership, the company aims to strengthen its engineering base in India.

Remunance Director Vaibhavi Vaidya said the firm has supported over 85 overseas clients in the last three years and is currently recruiting 12 civil and structural engineers, along with one multidisciplinary project coordinator. “Fresh graduates with BE or BTech degrees and up to three years of experience will find ample growth opportunities,” she added.

With more than 650 employees across India, Remunance plans to expand its Goa workforce by 40–50% within a year, further establishing the State as an emerging hub for engineering talent.
