Beltangady: R Ashoka alleges Siddaramaiah surrounded by ‘urban naxal gang’

Beltangady, Sep 2: Leader of the opposition R Ashoka alleged that there are “big sharks” behind the Dharmasthala incident, with links to Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Delhi. He urged that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) probe the conspiracy behind the case.

Speaking at the BJP’s “Dharmasthala Chalo” mega convention, Ashoka said that Shivakumar had claimed Chamundi was not of Hindus, and that prayers were offered in Chamundeshwari’s name seeking to unseat the Congress government.

He further alleged that Siddaramaiah is surrounded by an “urban naxal gang” and the “Thimarodi gang.” Accusing the Congress of playing politics, he questioned how its leaders could even come to this region. Calling the controversy a “conversion toolkit,” Ashoka appealed to Hindus to unite against it.
