Mangaluru, Aug 25: The Provincial House Community Hall came alive with warmth and joy as the Apostolic Carmel Karnataka Province hosted a heartfelt get-together for Sisters aged 75 and above on August 23.

The day began with a prayerful atmosphere, followed by a welcome address by Sr Naveena, provincial superior, who honored the Sisters’ decades of wisdom, love, sacrifice, and prayerful dedication.

Dr Rochelle, MD, delivered the first talk on ‘Sound Mind, Sound Body, and Happy Human,’ offering helpful tips and exercises to ease pain and promote joy. After refreshments, laughter echoed through the hall during lively games that rekindled youthful spirits.

The second talk by Fr Fredrick S J shared 10 practical ways to age gracefully, inspiring all with his heartfelt insights.

Sr Rose Agnes meticulously organized the day, which concluded with a sumptuous meal, leaving everyone enriched, grateful, and joyfully connected.
