Mangaluru, Aug 20: St Mary’s High School, Falnir, celebrated Independence Day with great patriotic spirit on August 15. The programme began with the flag hoisting, followed by a spectacular march-past by the students.

The chief guest Jyothika Harsha Shetty, entrepreneur and leadership coach, addressed the gathering and inspired students with her motivating words, she highlighted the importance of discipline, determination, and leadership among the youth in building a progressive India.

Ravitha welcomed the gathering, while physical director Rexon proposed the vote of thanks. Headmistress Sylvia Suares expressed gratitude to all for making the event a success. The proceedings of the programme was compered by Lorraine of std X.
