Udupi: Hospitals to remain closed on August 15, 16 and 17

Udupi, Aug 12: Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, Dr T M A Pai Hospital, Udupi and Dr T M A Pai Rotary Hospital, Karkala have announced that they will remain closed on August 15 due to Independence Day, August 16 (third Saturday of the month) and August 17 (Sunday). This is in line with the national and regular monthly holidays observed by the institutions.

However, trauma and emergency services will function 24/7 as usual.

The management has requested the public to plan non-urgent hospital visits accordingly and wishes everyone a safe and meaningful Independence Day.
