Mangaluru, Aug 11: St Sebastian Church, Church ward 3 feast was celebrated to honour their patron St Lawrence on August 10 at Castle Apartment Hall.
Ward gurkar Nelson Monteiro welcomed the gathering. Prayer was conducted by ward ref Margaret and Rajesh.
Charlotte Mascarenhas briefed the life history of St Lawrence. Fun games were conducted by Dr Deepa Frank.
Cultural programme in the form of dance was performed by Alisha, Kiara, Andrea and singing by Ashika Dsouza. J R Lobo, ex-MLA, vice president Vinodh D'Souza, secretary Patcy Britto, Ajay Cardoza, William D'Souza, Corrine Rasquinha, Dr Alfred Faraias, Peter Frank, Keith Lobo, Ramola Monteiro, Philomena Lobo, Theresa Andrade, Leo Pinto and all ward members were present.
The programme concluded with a fellowship dinner and vote of thanks delivered by gurkar Nelson Monteiro.
