SMVITM inks transformational MoU with BE Practical to shape future-ready engineers

Udupi, Aug 1: In a bold stride toward academic excellence and career readiness, Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, Udupi, signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BE Practical on July 30, a Bengaluru-based leader in skill development and industry-integrated training.

The MoU was signed in the esteemed presence of professor Dr Radhakrishna S Aithal, CEO, Shri Sode Vadiraja Matha Educational Institutions, and Dr Nagaraj Bhat, professor, dean (academics) and in-charge principal, SMVITM. Representing BE Practical, Harish Kumar director, and Adarsh associate manager, was also present.



Adding to the significance of the occasion, the event witnessed active participation from all deans, heads of departments (HODs), and training & placement officers (TPOs) of SMVITM, underscoring the collaborative spirit and institutional support behind this partnership.

This strategic partnership is set to redefine the learning experience for engineering students by integrating real-world skills, digital learning platforms, and direct corporate engagement into their academic journey.

“We must work with the singular focus of excelling in student betterment — that is the ultimate goal of this initiative,” said Prof Dr Radhakrishna S Aithal, CEO.
