Bengaluru, Jul 29: In a welcome move for daily commuters, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) on Monday opened Entry/Exit ‘D’ at the bustling Majestic metro station, facilitating seamless access to Terminals 2 and 2A of the KSRTC bus station.

The newly operational gate comes in response to repeated requests from passengers seeking better last-mile connectivity.

According to BMRCL, the addition is aimed at enhancing multi-modal transport integration, allowing smoother transition between metro services and long-distance bus travel.

Commuters have lauded the move, calling it a long-pending relief for those navigating between the metro and inter-city bus services.
