New York, Jul 10: Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) delivered a scintillating performance on American soil as they thrashed Real Madrid 4-0 in the semifinals of the FIFA Club World Cup, securing a highly anticipated final showdown with Chelsea this Sunday.

UEFA Champions League winners PSG were in ruthless form, racing to a 3-0 lead within the first 24 minutes at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, dismantling a disoriented Madrid side with clinical precision.

Fabian Ruiz and Ousmane Dembele were the standout performers, opening the scoring in the sixth minute after a high press saw Dembele steal the ball from Raul Asencio before Ruiz tapped home from close range.
