United Credits and Investments from Bikarnkatte did something similar many years ago. They did not run a recruiting agency, but a finance company. Till this day the accused (Rodrigues brothers) are free. No action taken against them has worked. How scams of such magnitude are casually swept under the rug is simply amazing.
