The renowned chef has been featured in the prestigious coffee table book titled ‘THE LEGENDS OF IHM MUMBAI – 70 Years, 70+ Stories’, a commemorative publication celebrating seven decades of excellence and the legendary alumni who have left an indelible mark in the world of hospitality.



The book honours 70 distinguished individuals who have walked the historic halls of IHM Mumbai and gone on to shape the global culinary landscape. Chef Dilraj Sequeira’s inclusion in this curated tribute reflects his remarkable journey and dedication to the craft of hospitality.
