Udupi, May 7: MLA Sunil Kumar expressed strong support and appreciation for the Indian Army's recent action under ‘Operation Sindoor’, which targeted terrorist shelters in Pakistan.

MLA Sunil Kumar said, “Yesterday, the Indian Army attacked the shelter of Pakistan-based terrorists under Operation Sindoor. I welcome this bold move and express my happiness. All 150 crore citizens of India must stand with the Indian Army and support their mission.”

Sunil Kumar further stated that the operation marks a decisive step by the Indian Army to eliminate terrorism originating from across the border and said “The Indian Army has taken a significant step to abolish the threat of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. This operation should be the final blow to terrorism that has plagued us since Independence. Everyone must cooperate and support our forces.”

Referring to the air strikes carried out by the Indian Air Force late last night, Sunil Kumar called it a 'bold response' to Pakistan-inspired terrorist activity. "Hundreds of terrorists were neutralized in the operation and hoped that such a blow would deter further hostility from Pakistan. The country is now in a war-like situation. At such times, some disruptive minds within the country may attempt poisonous acts. Citizens must stay alert, follow the security advisories issued by the central government, and remain united in protecting the nation’s sovereignty and security.”
