Kuwait: KMWA and IMA - YW to Conduct Quran Classes for English Medium Students

Kuwait, Dec 22: Karnataka Muslim Welfare Association (KMWA) & Youth Wing of Indian Muslim Association (IMA-YW) are jointly conducting week end Islamic classes for students to keep them engaged in Islamic knowledge development in Kuwait.

The main objective of the Madarasa classes is to inspire the children to learn the basic teachings of Islam and to help them be acquainted with the moral practices of religion, thereby promoting noble manners in them.

In the evening Quran classes Tajweed, Hifz (by heart) and Duas will be taught.

Classes will commence on Sunday January 15 for children, both boys and girls of the age group 5 to 7. Classes will be held on 3 days a week (Sunday, Tuesday, and Monday) from 5.00 to 6.30 pm for six months.

In the weekend Islamic Classes Subjects such as Arabic language, Quran and Lessons & etiquettes of Islam will be taught. These classes will commence from Saturday January 14 for the children of age group 8 to 10. The duration for the course is six months.

The last date for receiving applications is Friday January 13. Parents are requested to pay a monthly tution fee - KD 15 and transport charges on the day of admission between 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the school office premises. Books will be issued on the same day.
