Mumbai: ‘Chinnara Bimba’ Children’s Cultural Fest Concludes

Mumbai, Jan 2: The concluding ceremony of the 9th children’s cultural fest organized by the metro-based ‘Chinnara Bimba’, children’s drama troupe, was held at Shanmukhananda Chandrashekarendra Saraswati auditorium, King Circle, Sion, on Friday Decembver 30.

Karnataka port and Dakshina Kannada district-in-charge minister Krishna J Palemar inaugurated the programme, on Friday evening.

Borivali (W) MLA Gopal C Shetty presided over the programme.

Karnataka education minister Vishveshwarayya Hegde Kageri was the chief guest on the occasion.

Ville Parle (East) MLA Krishna S Hegde, Sahana Group of Companies chairman Sudhakar Shetty, Charisma Builders chairman Sudhir V Shetty, director Hemalata S Shetty, and Sai Care Logistics Private Limited chairman Surendra A Poojary were present on the occasion.

Model Simran was the special invitee who distributed prizes to the winners of the children’s cultural extravaganza.

Chinnara Bimba promoter Prakash B Bhandary, Kala Jagattu- Chinnara Bimba trustee Surendra Kumar Hegde, Chinnara Bimba founder president Pooja P Bhandary, president Naina P Bhandary, and Renuka P Bhandary were present.

Honorary secretary Shreyas S Hegde, joint treasurer Ankita Ramesh Rai, Sparsha S Salian, joint treasurer Dhiraj Shetty, and Megha Hegde were also present.

Poornima Shetty, Ashok Pakkala, Apeksha Shetty and Pratiksha Shetty compered the programme.  Satish Salian proposed the vote of thanks.
