New Delhi, Dec 17 (IANS) Saina Nehwal defeated World No.3 Xin Wang 21-17, 22-20 of China Friday to set-up a semifinal clash with Tine Baun of Denmark in the BWF World Super Series Finals at Liuzhou, China.
It was Saina's second victory against Xin in six meetings. She finished at the top of Group B with this win. Saina, who has already qualified for the semifinals, beat Xin in a 39-minute tussle.
The Indian has beaten Tine Baun only once in four matches. In the other semifinal, Xin will face compatriot Yihan Wang.
