Sehwag Out, Gambhir Decides to Bat Against West Indies


Chennai, Dec 11 (IANS): India's stand-in captain Gautam Gambhir won the toss and opted to bat against the West Indies in the fifth and the last ODI against the West Indies at the Chidambaram Stadium here Sunday.

India have rested Virender Sehwag and local boy Ravichandran Ashwin for the match, replacing them with Ajinkya Rahane ans Irfan Pathan. Pathan returns to the team after a gap of two years.

The West Indies have replaced injured Ravi Rampaul and Danza Hyatt with Anthony Martin and Jason Mohammed.
