Chennai, Dec 11: After Sehwag's blitzkrieg at Indore, when he set the world record scoring a whopping 219 and helped the team pocket the series against West Indies, the Indian team is pretty relaxed, yet eager to end with a 4-1 victory.

The Indore game heralded the return of the Nawab of Najafgarh, who had been under fire for his lack of form. With one innings that beat the daylights out of West Indies, and which earned them the 'child abuse' jibe, Sehwag shut his critics up once and for all, and in style. Rewards and praises came pouring in from all nooks and corners, and the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, whose record he broke, himself congratulated his 'pupil'.

The crowd at Chepauk will be looking forward for another thundering innings from Sehwag and the rest of the team, however, the wicket is newly laid and is expected to be slow. Like most other Indian tracks, the spinners are expected to get some help. The crowd will also miss their favourite hero Tendulkar who has given many a memorable performances in Chennai.

It will also be a good opportunity to test the bench strength and give young blood a chance. Ajinkya Rahane who is in the squad selected for Australia may replace Suresh Raina who will not be going Down Under, while Irfan Pathan, who too will miss the flight to Australia is expected to replace Ravinder Jadaja or Vinay Kumar. Also, some of the senior players may be rested. Manoj Tiwary too may get a look-in.

For the West Indies, it is only pride at stake now. With just one win and a tie in their pockets, the team will be looking forward to finish the tour on a winning note. As Ramdin put it, a 3-2 loss would look better than 4-1. Captain Darren Sammy is confident that the team will pull off a win, reasoning that except for the Indore match, most others were close finishes that could have gone either way. There is no lack of motivation and the team will take the match like any other, Sammy said.

West Indies have nothing to lose, which should work in their advantage. It will be another chance for some of the players to get their form going, though too late in the series. Sammy himself will have a lot to prove both as captain and player, and bowlers like Sunil Narine and Andre Russell will be keen to have another go at the Indians. Keiron Pollard who has been a dissapointment so far will also need to get some runs under his belt.

Both teams would want to finish the series with a win, and whatever the result, the Chepauk crowd would be hoping for another close match.
