Sharjah, Dec 7: To mark the 40th UAE National Day GMC Medical & Dental Specialty Centre in association with Emirates India Fraternity Forum (EIFF) organized a free Mega Medical & Dental Camp here at the GMC Medical & Dental Specialty Centre recently.
Provost of Gulf Medical University, Ajman Prof Geetha Ashok Raj inaugurated the camp.
A team of specialists, nurses and volunteers conducted free consultations and checkups in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dental, and Orthopedic to all the 1800 visitors who attended the Mega Health Camp.
Free blood pressure and blood sugar checkup were offered to the visitors to create awareness about diabetes and hypertension which is one of the most worrisome and prevalent health issues in the region.
The visitors were offered 40 percent discount on the Laboratory and Radiology investigations.
Founder president of Thumbay Group, UAE Thumbay Moideen was felicitated by the co-organizers of the social event for his valuable contribution and tireless support to the humanitarian cause of creating awareness in the matters of health and providing affordable healthcare to all sections of the society.

GMC Medical & Dental Specialty Centre, Sharjah supports the clinical teaching activities for the Dental College of Gulf Medical University, UAE.

GMC Medical & Dental Specialty Centre has plans to start Internal Medicine Clinic with specialized treatments such as, Orthopedic, Radiology, Pediatric, Obstetrics and Gynecology.
