Kuwait, Nov 29: Salmiya parish youth organized a visit to the special needs centre here on Sunday November 27 to mark the Children’s Day, which is celebrated in the same month.
Fr Lionel in his address appreciated the caretakers, the nurses and the management who do a wonderful job and dedicated service to these under privileged children.
The youth along with the youth director Fr Lionel and the animators met the under privileged children at the centre, it was a noble effort to interact with the children and make them feel special.
Songs were sung and balloons were distributed among the center kids. SPY had a special attraction in stock for the kids, two clowns Floyd and Nigel who added to the joy of these underprivileged by interacting and having fun with them.
A special dance was performed for the kids. As token of love and appreciation the youth gave each child a lighting ball as gift.
