Kanarites Youth Association Organizes ‘Wilfy Rebimbus Musical Concert’ Fundraiser

Mumbai, Oct 28: The 35th annual day celebration of metro-based Kanarites Youth Association was held Kalidas auditorium, Mulund (West), on Friday October 28.
Fr Hubert Goveas, parish priest, St Pius parish, Mulund (West), was the chief guest on the occasion.

Fr Goveas said that talent gets due significance when promising artistes get a stage to exhibit their talent.  He said that an association that works in this regard is indeed commendable.











































Fr  Goveas urged the community members to help one another in uplifting the poor.

Congress leaders Albert D’Souza and Jayaprakash Shetty, entrepreneur Wilson Fernandes, Peter D’Souza, Lawrence Rony D’Souza, Raymond Lobo, Konkani legendary singers Meena Rebimbus, Vishwas Rebimbus, and Henry D’Souza  were the guests of honour.

Association founder president Henry D’Silva Suratkal delivered the introductory address. Honorary chief secretary Rons Bantwal welcomed the gathering.  Lydwin Austin F’Souza compered the programme.  Henry D’Silva proposed the vote of thanks.

‘Wilfy Rebimbus Musical Concert’ was conducted by Meena, Vishwas Rebimbus and group, in aid of welfare of poor students of the community.

Leslie Rego compered the musical concert.
