Mangaluru: St Theresa's ICSE School, Bendur inaugurates pioneering AI Lab

Mangaluru, May 28: Tuesday, May 28, 2024, marked a significant milestone at St Theresa’s School, Bendur as the institution proudly inaugurated its pioneering AI lab.

The realisation of this vision by Principal Sr Lourdes was celebrated by staff, parents, and dignitaries alike. The establishment of the city's first AI lab signifies a momentous achievement for the school, providing students with invaluable practical experience and knowledge in the realm of Artificial Intelligence.

The warm welcome extended to parents, teachers, and esteemed guests, including Fr Dr Sudeep Paul, director of the Sandesha Foundation, Mangaluru; Sr Shaila, the correspondent; Sr Lourdes, the principal; and Sujith Noronha, vice-president of the PTA, marked the commencement of the event.

Sr Shaila officially inaugurated the AI lab, followed by blessings and prayers led by Fr Dr Sudeep Paul. In his address, Fr Dr Sudeep Paul commended the school management for this historic achievement, while Sr. Shaila acknowledged the collaborative effort of the PTA with the management, who raised funds through a successful event fancy fete in 2023

under the leadership of Sujith, PTA vice-president.

A vote of thanks concluded the programme, expressing gratitude to all involved for their dedication and hard work.
