Naveen Padil Honoured in Nigeria During Tulu Koota Anniversary

Renowned theatre personality and movie actor Naveen D Padil was felicitated during the 12th anniversary celebrations of Tulu Koota organised at Lagos, Nigeria, at a programme organised in Karma Hotel recently.
 
Accepting the honour from Ajith Chowta, Naveen Padil said that celebrating 12 successful years of Tulu Koota in Nigeria is a moment of great joy and pride. The distinctive quality of Tuluvas is being united wherever they go across the globe, he noted.

Fulfilling requests from the audience the actor enthralled them with jokes in Tulu and also delivered a few dialogues from his dramas.
 
Dances and skits were staged adding joyous moments to the celebration. A lucky draw was held for which prizes were distributed by Navin Padil.
 
Sadashiva Melanta, Rohith Salian, Sajan Suvarna, Chittaranjan Bangera, Dilip Kadekar, Brijesh Shetty, Shivakumar Jayaprakash Rao, Ashok Kumar Acharya among others were present.
 
Ajith Chowta and his wife Renuka Chowta had invited Naveen D Padil to Nigeria.

    Wow!Nice to see that Tulu's are coming together in Nigeria for this. When I visited Lagos last year I roamed around the city with a armoured escort as it was painted by my host that it is risky to go out all alone. Now seeing this I'm amazed how the people enjoying their stay in a difficult country by coming together.

    No doubt he is very talented actor with large no of fan followers. He should try different roles rather than sticking to typical roles in dramas. People like versatality in acting. I like his initial years drams than latest numbers. Lack of script or split in troupe could be the reason. All the best and He is great comedian.......

    Mr Naveen Padil, know him, seen him since childhood running around Hamaba store Gorigudda, he had lot of humor since childhood. Wondering how he became Naveen Padil? Why not Naveen Gorigudda.
