Mumbai: Goregaon Kannada Sangh Celebrates Nada Habba - 2011 in Metro

Mumbai, Oct 13: Goregaon Kannada Sangh celebrated Nada Habba - 2011 at Bajaj Auditorium, Malad (West) here recently.

Tulu Kannadiga Hitachintakara Vedike – Mumbai president lawyer Gunakar Shetty presided over the programme.

MLA Samir Desai was the chief guest of the occasion.



Sri Rajaka Sangh – Mumbai president P M Salian was the guest of honour.

Veteran Yakshagana artiste K K Shetty was conferred with Amembal Sadashiv Navada Award during the programme.

Speaking on the occasion, Gunakar Shetty said that Goregaon Kannada Sangh has been celebrating Nada Habba, Dasara Festival since the past fifty-four-years.

The prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions that were held ahead of Nada Habba.

Goregaon Kannada Sangh president G T Acharya welcomed the gathering.  The honorary chief secretary Sacchindra K Kotian compeered the programme. 

Variety cultural programmes were held at the occasion.
