Very sad .He is young not old,but good built. One should take care not in hot season simply idle roaming ,but also get check up from time to time.Avoiding oily ,fatty food.Drink more.Take always a bottle of water with.Avoid hot sun.Blood pressure goes high .Heartfelt sympathy to family.May his soul rest in peace.

There was a time when hoteliers used to have a separate table with mugs of iced water to quench the thirst of school children and passersby; nobody dreamt at that time that a time would come when one would have to shell out money to have a glass of water! Incidentally people were laughing when Parle first introduced Bisleri packaged water thinking it was a very foolish idea; today the same brand is commanding a value of₹7000 crores! Unbelievable👍!?!

We are digging our own graves.Due to urbanization paver blocks and cement concrete have covered the earth and water is not getting absorbed.Plenty of rain fall we get but the water goes to drains.Forests are destroyed.I would say in comming years we will find sky touching buildings and fewer healthy people.Let us wake up before it is too late and protect the mother nature.

Absolute truth. When you develop a land you must have reserved green space, retention basins etc. Simply hating soil and grass and covering it with shiny blocks is absolutely stupid.

Kujumaji; very good and informative advise...however forcible over hydration can also be very dangerous; unfortunately in third world places even pure drinking water is getting out of reach of a large number of our brethren...forget melons etc...!
