M B Patil reacts swiftly to Lenskart's demand, promises land to firm in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Apr 9: Large and Medium Industries Minister M B Patil has demonstrated the industry- friendliness of the State Government and swiftly assured Lenskart company of facilitating its land requirement just five minutes after the company’s post on X.

Peyush Bansal, co-founder and CEO of Gurugram-based Lenskart, announced on X that the company was seeking 25 acres of land within 60 km of the Bengaluru International Airport to establish its mega-factory.

Within five minutes of the post, the minister reposted on X, affirming, "Karnataka is the place to be! The Industries Department is here to support you and facilitate all your needs. Concerned officials will reach out immediately."
