Mangaluru: Nidhi Land’s ‘Sankalp Residences’ apartment project inaugurated

Mangaluru, Mar 16: MLA Dr Bharath Y Shetty and centre in-charge of Brahma Kumaris Mangaluru, B K Vishweshwari along with other dignitaries inaugurated Nidhi Land Infrastructure Developers India Private Limited’s ‘Sankalp Residences’ residential apartment here at J B Lobo road Kottara Chowki on Saturday March 16.

Addressing the gathering, MLA Dr Bharath Y Shetty praised Prashanth K Sanil as an established builder in Mangaluru, highlighting his numerous projects and emphasis on quality finishing. He remarked, "Prashanth K Sanil is known for his exemplary workmanship in the construction industry. He has already completed three projects in my constituency."

B K Vishweshwari said, "Sankalp signifies a noble intention. In this project, we have Shiva Sankalp, Shubha Sankalp, and a convergence of positive intentions in constructing this residential apartment."

President of CREDAI, Vinod Pinto, stated, "The project is meticulously crafted within a compact space, exemplifying a unified team effort."

Jhanavi extended a warm welcome to the gathering, while the event was compered by chairman and managing director of Nidhi Land, Prashanth K Sanil, and Sushma.

Ramanath Rai, Shashidhar Hegde, corporator Manoj Kumar and Kiran Kumar were present.
