Mumbai, Feb 20: The school auditorium buzzed with vibrant cultural performances, soul-stirring music, and captivating skits during the graduation ceremony of Montessori students and the felicitation of Ryan Prince and Ryan Princess, as Ryan International School, Dombivli celebrated its Graduation and Annual Day on February 15 in the presence of a large number of students and parents.
The celebration began with an invocation prayer and the recitation of verses from the holy scriptures. The guests and parents were overwhelmed as grade I children welcomed them with speeches in different languages. The lyrical welcome song by the tiny tots, accompanied by colourful dances, touched everyone's hearts. Continuing the Ryan Group of Institutions' tradition, distinguished guests were welcomed with potted plants. Tiny tots performed various dances such as the butterfly dance, ballet dance, sports dance, and musical skit, with colorful banners and sunflowers draped on the stage making the perfect backdrop for the cultural extravaganza based on the theme 'Building A Better Future'.
Students from the primary and secondary sections were also felicitated for their exemplary achievements in academics, science, sports, music, dance, and oratory by distinguished guests. The crowning of Ryan Prince and Princess from Std I to Std IX was met with the loudest cheers. The montessori graduates in their robes and caps formed a pretty picture as they received their certificates from the distinguished guests.
Rakesh Prasad, AVP of the Runwal Group, and all distinguished guests who graced the occasion shared their appreciation for the excellent skills displayed by the students. Parents expressed gratitude for the staff and the chairman of the Ryan Group of Institutions, Dr A F Pinto, and managing director Dr Grace Pinto, for nurturing the talent and skills of each child, which were on full display at the Graduation Day celebration.
The closing chorus performed by the school orchestra was a fitting finale to this grand annual event.
