Mangaluru, Feb 14: A science fair was held at St Aloysius College Higher Primary School on Februay 10.

At sharp 9 AM, the fair was inaugurated by planting and watering a sapling. Sri Prasad resource person of Balmatta Cluster was the chief guest.


Victor Serrao, vice president of PTA, Josita Noronha, headmistress were present on the occasion. Liya D Souza, asst headmaster conducted the programme. The teachers of the school guided the students in setting up the models.

The chief guest of the programme, spoke on the importance of holding such science fairs. Parents viewed the models and learnt the significance of the models exhibited. The science fair will be open for viewing by students of around 25 schools of the cluster on February 12.
