Bantwal: Absconding accused arrested after 20 years from Bengaluru

Bantwal, Feb 13: The sub-inspector and personnel of rural police station of the taluk arrested two absconding accused from Bengaluru on Monday February 12.

The arrested are identified Mohammed Samiullah (34), a resident of Manchi village, Kukkaje Mane and Ibrahim (35) from Bantwal, who were absconding without attending hearing at court in a case registered in 2004.

The accused were arrested and produced in the court. The duo was sent to judicial custody.

SI Murthy and personnel head constable Krishna, constables Yogesh and Puneet were involved in the operation.
