Mangaluru: Honest bus conductor returns lady's vanity bag with Rs 50k worth items

Mangaluru, Nov 20: In a commendable act of honesty, a lady who accidentally left her vanity bag on a bus (KA 20 AA 8296) traveling from Udupi to Mangaluru on November 19 had her belongings, valued at Rs 50,000, returned by the vigilant bus conductor.

The conscientious conductor, Jayaraj, ensured the safe return of the lady's vanity bag under the guidance of Pandeshwar Police Station ASI Sridhar on Monday, November 20.

This act reflects the dedication and integrity of individuals like Jayaraj who go above and beyond to uphold principles of honesty and service to the community.

    What a great man and honest !salute him for his honesty.Hope many will take his exampel .I still remember my brother lost his money and bag in a hurry coming from Dubai ,since wife was sick..came in Rickshaw from Udipi long back.As he alighted at home found bag is missing he went immediately to Udipi .Rickshaw fellow deneid .Anyway last under presuure ,he gave back.which he kept covered.
