Mangaluru, Nov 19: ‘Adira’, the latest residential apartment complex located on Urva Shree Mariyamma Temple Road was inaugurated in a grand way by MLA Vedavyas Kamath on Sunday, November 19.
It is the 42nd project of well-known city-based realtor Land Trades Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd. For the past three decades, the Land Trades Builders have given quality apartments to the people of the city.
After inaugurating the residential apartment complex, MLA Vedavyas Kamath said, “The Land Trades Builders have contributed to the development of the city by constructing qualitative apartments. The Land Trades Builders have constructed apartments at prominent places so that the people get all the facilities within a short distance and in a good atmosphere. May all people get houses from the Land Trades Builders.”
“There is wide scope for boosting tourism in the city. And there are all modes of transportation in the city. Mangaluru city is our pride. In the coming days, the city will get a riverfront project. Totally, we are working towards boosting tourism,” Kamath said.
Mangaluru City Corporation Mayor Sudhir Shetty Kannur said the corporation plans to develop the circle in Urva. “In the entire state, there are only 16 medical colleges, out of which nine colleges are in the city,” he added.
MLC Harish Kumar said, "Mangaluru is a developing city. It is also a beautiful city. Shrinath Hebbar has come out with a beautiful project ‘Adira’. All his projects are done without compromising on quality and the apartments are handed over to customers on time. For the last three decades, Land Trades Builders have developed 42 projects in the city. It is their contribution to the development of the city. All their projects are qualitative."
General manager of Karnataka Bank Ltd Ravichandran S also spoke on the occasion.
In his presidential address, Mayor Sudhir Shetty Kannur said, “Anything can be achieved if there is foresight among people like Shrinath Hebbar. Land Trades Builders have built apartments in prime locations. The Land Trades Builders are completing the apartment complexes and handing them over to customers on time.”
He also added that a national-level swimming pool will be inaugurated on November 24 and several development projects will come up in the city.
