Karkala: College student goes missing, complaint filed

Karkala, Nov 9: A complaint is filed by Dilip Poojary, brother of Deepa (21), a resident of Mavinakatte Darkasu of Nandalike village of Deepa going missing.

Deepa went to college on November 6 in the morning and then did not return home. As she could not be traced in her relatives' houses, a missing complaint was filed by her brother in Karkala rural police station.

Deepa was wearing blue churidar, is wheat complexioned and has a chiselled face.

Police have requested the public to inform them in case Deepa is found anywhere.

    Hope she is safe and come back healthy.Now lot of problems to the girls than before.We could travel alone previously without much problems.Now everywhere have to be careful .It looks like she planned her wondering ?Or gone on free ticket to temples and all other places?One can atleast call home and tell Parents about her so that they know ?Or come back with new Person?

    Dangerous situation. It is so scary. Sowjanya rape and murder case is the best example how our legal system works. Its been 12 years and still no punishment for the rapists and killers. As long as we have corrupt politicians nothing good can be expected for general public.
